Location was inconvenient, door did not have secure latch, front desk was not helpful. Clutter

Breakfast was good.

Requested a ground floor when booking room due to recent knee replacement and was told there were no ground floor rooms available, found this hard to believe since I checked in around 4pm, stairs were very unstable. bathroom door hinge was coming off, freezer on fridge needed defrosting.

The lower price compared to other hotels in the area. Other than that, there was not much good to say about it. Carpet is dingy, stairs are rusty. Management is bad!

Had a horrible experience with the hotel, manager, and maintenance person. I booked this room for a family that was coming in to speak the next morning. The checkin process was great. the family unloaded all of their things and then left. Once they returned about 10:00pm their door would not unlock. They talked to the office staff person. She done all she could to get it unlocked. She then called the manager. THIS IS WHEN THINGS WENT OFF THE RAILS! The manager and the maintenance person are married. The manager told them they were not in town and to offer them another room and she would unlock their room the next day. Mind you, ALL of their belongings were still in the room. They had absolutely nothing other than the clothes on them!!!! Since I booked the room for them, the family called me and I drove to the hotel at 10:30PM to speak to the hotel staff and manager. When I arrived the staff person at the front desk gave me a run down of what had gone on and that the manager and maintenance person would not be back until the next day. I told her that was unacceptable!! I asked her to call the manager and let me speak to her. Mind you, it is now about 11:00pm. After a little push back the staff member final relented and called the manager. The manager would not speak to me, but told her staff member that they were coming back into town at that moment. She relayed the message to me and we waited. The two finally arrived and tried several different things to get into the room through the electronic door lock. They were unsuccessful this way. Eventually the "maintenance person" took the screen off the window, forced the window up and reached in with a stick with a wire tied on it to pull the door lever and get it open. By this time we are between 11:30-11:45. They then offered to move the family to another room.

Clean!!! Shower- hot, clean with great soaps available!!!AC- nice and cold!!! Many channels to watch! I actually watched “Top Gun:Maverick”- finally! 😁

Good location- no view but ok with us.
