I wasnt able to go i got sick and had to go to doctor and get medince i called and tried to cancel my reservatiomn nut they said i couldnt get a refind since i already paid for room it wasnt no fault on my end that i got sick so i should be entitled to a refind

Location and staff are great.

Cleanliness of the room. The floor is oily slick yet sticky and the bathroom needed some tic. Blow dryer didn’t work.

The chemical smell was so strong which clung to everything even nasal passage. The floor was very sticky. The rolled up towel had a bug underneath.
