Clean smelled good entering the room.

Tub was clogged first night. Old toilette paper and roll was not removed and replaced. No bath soap or shampoo. Neither ice maker machine worked. I was not told that during check in

It had no bugs and it was a place to sleep.

Super disappointed in the overall presentation of the room. It felt more like a decent motel vs a hotel. A picture above one of the beds broke and was off the wall leaving a weird stain on the wall. There looked like brown hair dye splattered on the wall in the bathroom area. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned- someone else’s hair was in the corner of the bathtub. Bathtub was also heavily stained and losing the paint. I didn’t even feel comfortable using the shower. Overall, it was a place to sleep for the night but I won’t be staying here again.

Nothing.

The broken mini fridge, broken bed and the cockroachs was a big no for me. When letting the staff know all they did was stare at me.

Close by everything

No room service, blow dryer would not work, stained bath tub and curtain, floors were sticky and slick, tv remote would only work in certain positions over all would not stay here again. We were here for a wedding and booked two night and did not feel clean.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were nice and accommodating. The breakfast was great! The location was good.

The bathtub did not have the appropriate stopper to take a bath. There was rust on the bathroom door hinges. There was no do not disturb sign to place outside our room while we're gone and the maids came in while we were not there.

Rooms were clean and very neat
