Copthorne Hotel Rotorua

The room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent choice and the staff where pleasant.

Felt it was a bit tired looking in places, such as the corridor carpets look like they need replacing and the windows need cleaning outside, however it didn't spoil my stay.

The hotel is still in the 80s very worn and sad. There has obviously been no investment by the parent company in decades. Threadbare carpets, old fashioned rooms, poor facilities such as the hot tub with no jets, pool looks terrible, not even a sun lounger. No one in the restaurant, reminded me of the Mary Celeste. On the plus side the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would not recommend !!!

The cleanliness, property is very dated and in need for a upgrade. Beds were comfy and staff were lovely.

The pool was great for kids, that it had some gym equipment, the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The beds were super comfortable

The spa pool water was green, there was an alcohol lid left in one of the cabinets near draw, sliding door was squeaky and the TV couldn't connect to phone.
