Novotel Nadi

The staff were so incredibly lovely, welcoming and easy to talk to. Breakfast buffet was delicious, the room had a great view, the pool was clean and fresh, restaurant food was always great, and we loved using the ping pong and pool tables too.

While staff were very friendly and obliging we found them slow to respond to any request and incompetent in what their duties would expect them to be able to do.

Lunches not taken. Food in restaurant for evening meals very ordinary. Room service was hopeless. Kingsize double bed collapsed on last evening and mainentance had to be called via receptionist to repair bed. TV reception and availability of programs was very on off. Establishment is run down and overpriced. Found out later that we could have made better decision to stay elsewhere in the immediate area.

Location. Accommodation also offered a room with king size bed and bathtub in bathroom. Breakfast also provided in room charge.

See our later report. On first stay our expectations were basically met. Our second stay only undertaken as commitment made to do so when making bookings prior to departure.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating.

I struggled to get into the room with the key card. I needed to push on the door several times before I could get in.

Great staff and restaurant

Hotel is very run down and rooms are dark and very dated uncomfortable beds and bathrooms were very run down with broken tiles and bad maintenance

Close to the airport and the breakfast was very good.

No airport transfers.

Air condition are very noisy. Could not sleep whole night. Certainly, this is not a 4-star Hotel. Literally, this is a highway motel.

The Rooms are very outdated and feel dirty. The door safety latch was ripped out of the door frame, and there were shoe prints all over the inside of the door, like someone was kicking the door closed from the inside. Didn't make me feel very safe.
