"Horrible Well Below Standard - Un-becoming of Novotel Hotels"

False representation in the advert. Room are dated and aged. Airconditioning does not work. Due to aged air-conditioning systems, room temperatures were almost 24 degrees. During my 2 nights of stay, I had to change 3 rooms just so I can get decent sleep on my second night before early morning flight out of Nadi. After returning, I emailed the hotel management for comments and did not receive any reply. Failing this I am writing a comment that please do not get fooled by the pictures. The restaurant staff particularly in the morning serving breakfast were not friendly. Usually because breakfast is included in the rates and they just not bother to please their guest... Level of service has just dropped in there. In the morning, it was raining so heavy and I needed help with luggage from the room. I called reservation and they promised to send someone up. Waited 20 minutes and no show. I got wet and loaded my luggage and went to reception to clear my account. The reception apologized saying he is the only one available and he needs to man the desk. Had I known this, I would not have wasted 20 minute of my precious time before my flight.

Weve stayed a few times, friendly front of house. Food average. Breakfast was buffet. Clean and tidy. Kids loved the pool.

No shuttle from nadi airport but a taxi outside the airport cost fj $10.
