Overall we love staying at the place it feels like home..but had a very bad time with one particular front desk worker named Tyler..

Mr,Tyler was very unprofessional..He treated us like we didn't belong there and very rude..lied about being at the back door of the building to let us in..Then rudely hung up the phone when I called to find out we're he was. He should not be at front desk..I have nothing nice to say about him or Penny the financial office manager..Overall a few good.but front desk ,needs to be checked on..not friendly, and very ignorant.

"I would not want to go back"

The location was ok.

They need to get rid of the stains in the carpet and on the sofa. The toilet paper holder is broken. The shower leaks and it is destroying the wall.
