Size of the rooms was adequate.

We booked a suite and there were only spoons and knives, no forks. The one shower head was broken and tapped together with medical tape. It was a hand use/ mobile sprayer and didn't attach anywhere so you had to hold it the whole time which makes it very difficult when trying to wash your hair.

Location was perfect. Breakfast food items were sufficient and well tended. The size of the room and ammenities included surpassed my expectations. I would book this hotel again.

I understand the property is in the process of updating.... old carpet was very stained, mattress was stained (could be seen through the sheet), very uncomfortable (hard and squeeky) and lacked bed bug encasement. The payment system was not in working order for the duration of my stay. Children and teens should not be permitted to use the breakfast buffet unaccompanied by an adult. I observed several young ladies raid the buffet like locusts, waste food and use less than acceptable sanitary practices. Additionally they returned a second time and loaded plates "to go" with an entire tray of bacon which had just been replenished. There should be no take out permitted. Perhaps consider making preorder for bagged continental breakfast option available for those who are staying and are due to report to work in the area, or travelers with tight schedules.

The price was very decent for the room. That should have given me a clue.

The room was filthy and it had a nasty smell. Counters sticky looked like mouse poop under the sink. The pullout couch had hair on it. There was a garbage bag (empty under the bed) not a hotel one. Very little utensils and drinking cups. So if you were going to utilize the kitchen you would have to bring your own. Coffee was non drinkable so that tells me coffee make wasn't cleaned recently. My grandson went to get a clean washcloth to shower that was hair on it. Not his. The door molding had brown splatters on it that I was able to wipe clean with a wipe.
