Cleanliness, bed, shower, and convenience of location

Internet signal could be better

It was very clean and the staff was excellent very accommodating with our small dog

Good location for meals and good breakfast They also had a pet area outside which was very convenient

I was disappointed with the level of service at the front desk. The receptionist was unfriendly, disrespectful unhelpful, and unprofessional leading to a frustrating experience. It did not reflect the high standard of service I expected from your company.

Guest service highly need to be improved

Breakfast has boiled eggs. As a diabetic, it was great to get a protein option. The room was clean. Location was great, since I was just passing through and need a quick place to sleep for the night.

The waffle maker machine

That they took 60 bucks from my damage deposit with no explanation and I can’t imagine how I damaged the room whatsoever, homeless people screaming at night, pay the extra five or 10 bucks and stay somewhere else

Sheets were dirty. We had to ask for new and replace bed sheets ourselves

Breakfast was a joke

The breakfast was basic but enough to get the day going. On my return to home I booked this hotel a second time. the location for what I wanted to get done was the exact right location.
