The cost from booking.com is only $6.00 cheaper than the hotel directly booking.

Multiple emails and texts to pre register/check in only to have to provide the same information again in person at check in. Why ask to upload your DL if it doesn’t do anything?

Location.

The room was dirty, a leaky tub faucet was loud and annoying, and the front desk was mean and surly. Poor customer service.

Location was convenient.

Room smelled like years of cigarette smoke and staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful when I requested a room change, as I booked a non-smoking room. I was told there wasn't one and when I asked if there was a manager I could speak with, I was literally "refused service" and asked to leave. I was forced to find alternate accommodations and the property denied a refund of my money when I went back the next day to speak with a manager. I did nothing wrong to be told to leave for no reason! Do not stay here!

I had to pay $40. Extra to check in a hour early when they said they already had a room ready....

Looks trashy messy and the big blonde woman at the front desk is horribly rude has no manners i don’t know how she has held this customer service job so long that goes to show this property only cares about money not customers happiness
