Very helpful staff

Very bad customer service.!! Front desk lady was rude to people in front of me and they left complaining. As I was getting my room, I told the lady politely that I had noticed her aggressiveness towards us and she said for me to leave. I apologized for noting her rudeness and she said she can also refuse service and asked me to leave then she went to the back office and refused service. She is the face of the hotel and needs to treat everyone with respect.

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast. I was expecting a hot breakfast.

I was hoping they would have had scrambled eggs and sasauge or biscuits and gravy

The receptionist was rude for no reason. (It was a white woman in her 30s-40s)

Room was comfortable, breakfast good, staff courteous and helpful, good location to access all local amenities

Bins not empties during 4 night stay

Nothing

Room door wouldn’t close all the way. Allowing crickets into the room at night. Barely got any sleep. Shower handle was broken was hard to shower. Bathroom door was broken and would split at base when you had to pry it open.
