Staff was very friendly and accommodating when I needed to expend my stay one more day. Breakfast was simple with waffles, juice, eggs, cereal , and coffee.

The bre a fast and location were good

The soap and shampoo were in bottles stuck on / in the shower. They were too high for someone taking a bath and one of the affirming tabs was half pulled off. Also, the tub should have had anti slip tape in it...

The fact that they asked for $100. Dollars and I was supposed to get it. After check out and still haven’t received my money. I called them. They said I would get it. Here we are 9 days later and no money 😡😡😡😡

Nothing I was poorly trrated and escorted off property

“I had a deeply upsetting experience at Pueblo Travel Lodge. Despite clearly traveling with a legitimate service dog, I was questioned, challenged, and made to feel unwelcome by staff, in direct conflict with ADA protections. The situation caused unnecessary stress and emotional harm and was handled poorly by management when raised. I would not recommend this property to anyone traveling with a disability or a service animal.”
