Carpets are very dirty, homeless people outside, breakfast is very minimal (nothing hot). I thought Hilton kept higher standards.

Staff were not very service oriented.... I called the desk in the early AM hours to beg for a bottle of water to be delivered to my room since I was no condition to walk down to the front desk to buy it... I did not request anything for free... Yet, the person at the desk refused to help me.
