Finding bed bugs in my room

I enjoyed that the location is a decent distance from both Denver and Aurora which has access to lots of shops, activities, and things to do. The room was a lot more spacious than we had anticipated and the TV is a smart TV which was nice as well. Checking in and out was easy, breakfast was available, parking was spacious. Overall, the highlight was that there is lots of good shops, grocery stores, shops and more nearby.

We didn't get room service once during our stay which was unfortunate because we would have liked some tidying up. The bathroom had mold growing in the corners of the shower, and shower gel bottle was broken. Asked staff to help out and they said they would but they didn't. Breakfast was meh, noisy sometimes at night because of cars outside but nto a huge deal breaker.

I did not like the attitude of the desk clerk, I feel like she was extremely judgemental based on my appearance. I could have paid a months stay in cash if I choose to. She was rude, unfriendly.. and presumptuous.
