"Some rooms smell of weed"

The staff was very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to accommodate me.

When I entered the room I originally reserved, I got a nearly instant headache. It smelled very strongly of cleaner, but the cleaner was the same I've used at jobs and it has never given me a headache before. After talking to the friendly lady at the front desk, we came to the conclusion that it was weed. Apparently they have an issue with people smoking weed in the building despite the no smoking policy for their entire facility. They moved me to a new room, but it took a lot of time due to the Booking.com end of it. The second room was ok, and I slept well.

1/ Sunday night front desk staff seemed clueless about anything. ["I have no idea!"] 😁 2/ I asked for a late check out at 12:00 noon the following day, housekeeping banged on my door at 11:30! After I called front desk to complain they said OK... 10 minutes later I got another knock on my door! It appears there's lacking communication between front desk and housekeeping staff. 3/ The shampoo bottle was missing in the shower!
