VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY

The people were amazing. The room condition was not. We had a nonsmoking room. It smelled bad. I think i found the culprit in the bathroom. There was mold growing on the wall behind the toilet and toward the bathtub. (We reported to the staff). I did not notice the spot until the morning. If the room equaled the customer service, they'd be unstoppable. Photos are not included because I want to give them a chance to fix it.

Toilet seat need tightened. Tried to adjust temperature and whole front of unit fell off.

Everything was Dirty they never cleaned the rooms

Good location. Very noisy all day and night. You can hear people talking all night long.

A lot of people hanging around in the parking lot. Didn’t seem unsafe, but far from an upscale experience. There was a great deal of disrepair and trash around outside. I didn’t expect a great room, but I did expect a non-smoking room. What I got was clearly not non-smoking, although the quality was generally okay.

They let other guest make all kinds of noise outside my room 11pm till 1am or whatever . Looks like drugs. Thin window wall . You hear everything ! I changed rooms 3 times!! The first was on the ground floor . The wall ac unit is movable . Watch out !! Anyone can sneak into your room and get your things! The top floor is best but they’ll still have access to vandalize your car! The cleaning lady is good but I think the days she’s off the fill in staff don’t care as much . They don’t make the bed they only drape the cover over the pillow. No cups , the shower don’t really spray well. There fixed to save money but not properly bath you. Over all I’ll never come to this location. One night the power went out! Don’t waste your money or time. Pay a few more bucks and don’t have none of this mess !

Dirty and in need of repair.

The room was very roomy and the lady at the front desk was awesome. She had me ready to get in my room basically when I got there and thats a big plus for me. I like how they had a full size refrigerator in there. It was one of my favorite stays.
