"Friendly staff... uncomfortable stay"

I stayed with my four kids. The second day, we were out of clean towels for showers and they would only give one towel to me... for all 5 of us. I even gave our dirty towels to them in exchange for clean ones and we were only given one towel. The air conditioner in the room blew out luke-warm air. The room never cooled down. The staff were friendly but not very helpful.

This place was a complete dump! We had to by our own linens to be able to sleep on the bed because you could see the hair and dirt from someone’s previous stay, when asked for clean linens was told they didn’t have anymore. The tv didn’t work, ac barely kept the room at 75. Guest laundry is just a room full of broken equipment. There is no breakfast. The rooms stay rented out to drug dealers & crack heads. Can’t go out after dark. Nothing about this place is suitable for anyone and it should be shut down.

Housekeeping needs to actually clean was really dirty and filthy chaurs and tables were sticky like if the hadnt cleaned sheets were stained just horrible loud environment
