Pool water ice cold No top blanket on bed or in closet Stains on ceiling Gnats Dirty toilet No working vending machines Only coffee, oranges and apples offered for the "breakfast" juices had to be purchased separately.

Everything else free breakfast sucked , room was dirty, price was ok till i didnt get refunded for two days i did not stay there!! Location was far far away from where i needed to be.

Security door broken to the outside in D building (where we were supposed to stay). Bathroom toilet in the room cracked. Stains on sheets. Garbage in the uneven parking lot. Most amenities out of service. We stayed 5 minutes before checking out. The people leaving early in line to return keys complained of their room having a weird smell. They said they are remodeling, but I have been in many hotels under renovation that were making sure guests did not have those rooms. Not recommended.

We arrived for our reservation and the hotel was blocked by police who waved us away from the hotel. We stopped to ask one person as we drove and he said there was a shooting, so leave now. Yikes! Now Expedia tells us they couldn’t reach the hotel so they can’t refund my money! Totally unacceptable!!

When we showed up it took 10 minutes and multiple door bell rings to get someone to come to the front. The whole facility was dirty and dingy. The elevator didn’t work. The room wasn’t clean, food crumbs in the floor bed hardly made, bugs crawling around, mold in the shower, tv left on. I could go on and on, this place was horrible!

Made the reservation the day before and all was confirmed and paid. Arrived with two kids and a dog at 10pm to check in after several hours of driving and was told “there’s no room available.” Showed the staff my confirmation and receipt and they said “you’ll have to call hotel.com for a refund.” No “I’m sorry” no “let me see if I can help.” Seeing that I had two kids and dog and all our luggage at 10pm… had to then book another hotel about 20 mins away. The waiting area was also quite odd.. seemed like it was mostly for parties and people wanting to go to the bar. There was also a sign on the front desk saying “amenities that are closed: Pool until further notice, Sauna until further notice, and Bar.” There was also weird carpet on the walls and it smelled funky. I’m glad we didn’t stay there bc the Hampton Inn we ended up going to in Youngstown was lovely.
