Bed was comfortable and room was clean

No ice machine, key card kept not working, light cover fell while we were out and broke everywhere. Told front desk no one did anything about it.

the bed was comfortable because i was hammered. the jacuzzi tub was nice as well, just a little dirty before we cleaned it ourselves!

the hallways are disgusting, there are crumbs and a bloody tissue on the floor. i felt like i was walking through skid row i could probably find any type of parafernalia on the carpet. our room wasn’t very much cleaner: dried rice all over the floor by our fridge, and filthy surfaces. the tv remote didn’t work had to manually change channels and ended up just turning it off

Staff claims there is no manager on duty. No one at front desk, ever. Hotel is trashed, workers are very sketchy. We checked in at 5pm, checked out at 11pm THE SAME DAY due to issues with service and how terrible everything was. I cannot get them to give me a refund, they lie to us and give us a different name every time we call.

When arrived at the front desk there is no one there to check in. Had to ring the bell and wait for about 30 minutes for someone to come. After 30 minutes the front desk staff arrived and checked us in. They apologized for the wait though. Took the keys and walked up the stairs to the room. The lobby was littered with trash all around. Room was smelly. Sheets & pillows were not clean. Terrible maintenance. Couldn’t get proper sleep. Complimentary breakfast has only pre packed muffins, oranges and apples besides coffee. Didn’t touch a thing as the breakfast area is small and smelly.

Front desk clerk was rude and manager defended her poor behavior. We reserved 3 rooms, 2 were at each end of the hall with the third on another floor. One of the rooms was not serviced from the previous occupants and since there were no more available rooms, we had to make due with the other 2. Report to headquarters has produced no response in the past 2 weeks.

Bed bugs and roaches,horrible smell unsanitary. Should be closed. Was so bad we had to leave.

The hallway that our rooms were located on had ceiling tiles falling down and left in the middle of the hallway to step over. There was a chair, with a bucket on it, under the ceiling catching water as it dripped from the ceiling. There were no blankets in the room, when delivered they were thin and dingy. The restaurant was permanently closed, the double locks in the rooms were broken. When we turned on the A/C in the room it started to smoke and smell. Big rust stains in the bathroom. No lamp on the night table. Drawer of desk was broken and half hanging off the desk. Overall our rooms and the entire hotel was dirty. We ended up not staying the night and moved to another hotel.

The entrance from outside at exit D, the access door was broken, anybody could have walked in. The sheets on the bed was dirty. Half of the hotel was down for renovation, which was not listed upon booking. The halls were dirty. Baseboards coming off the walls in the hall. The indoor pool was open but was freezing cold. Someone was blaring music all night long, couldnt sleep.
