Bathroom wasn't clean, heater didn't work

Well to start my reservation was canceled by them before i got there had reservation for days but couldn't make the first night so they charged my card and canceled because of no show even though i was paying for 3 nights. Then when you get there the smell around the facility is of Marijuana around the door ways in the halls and its disgusting in the room the fridge was dirty just had sheets in the bed and no blankets floor was dirty and like the carpet throughout the whole facility was so dirty you didn't want to walk around barefoot or in socks elevator on one side didn't work and i was not the only one with complaints was in the area for a work function so talking to others there was a lot of things wrong with the facility

My room was absolutely disgusting it was full of fruit flies my door didn't even lock you could push it right open from the outside you didn't even need a key and they have no customer service it is so disgusting this place shouldn't even be on your website I would be embarrassed to be hosting a motel like this on your app that's how bad it is the heat didn't work in my room and we had a freeze warning I asked for towels 2 days they didn't bring me any there was no extra toilet paper in the room then when I asked somebody they told me to hold on I stood there for 20 minutes in the hallway waiting nobody I still had to go to the front desk my flight was delayed and from the beginning and I had already paid for a whole seven nights but because my flight was delayed I kept trying to call them from my home in Las Vegas for a whole day and nobody would answer the phone then the next morning at 5:30 in the morning as I'm going to the airport to get on the plane to come to Pennsylvania the guy finally answers and says oh well somebody was here all day yesterday I don't know why they didn't answer you must not have called yes I did call I told the lady at the front desk I will give you my call log so you can see because she didn't believe me I don't know when the customer stops being right and when people started thinking it was okay to argue with somebody like they're lying I understand that people in this world have taken advantage of many situations I could go on if you're in

I was told there were no vacant rooms despite my reservation

We were informed that the hot tub and saunas are closed indefinitely, and the pool was open but without heat. The restaurant was closed indefinitely. The hotel itself appeared to be in a state of disrepair, not renovation. The blanket for our bed was riddled with large tears, the surfaces in the room were sticky as if they hadn't been cleaned, there were stains on the floor and the furniture. When we arrived, two men were seated on folding chairs blocking the entryway in the parking lot; visibly drunk, disheveled, and passively hostile with cases of beer and open containers scattered around them. The back parking lot was completely covered in tire marks from people doing burnouts and donuts. The occupants of the next room were playing with a tazer on the balcony. We stayed locked in our room the entire night. With the exception of the front desk attendant, the entire facility felt unsafe and unwelcoming. We will never return here and will warn anyone else to seek better accomodations.

There was 3 types of machines to workout with and didn't know about any laundry anything

The Park Inn is quiet and decent for a weekday crash (Monday–Thursday), though the place feels outdated. On weekends, it turns into a loud club-style disco, making it far from relaxing and definitely not kid-friendly.

Location right off the highway was nice.

Room was very dirty. Pool was dirty. Hot tub permantly closed. Sauna permanently closed. No breakfast. Cleaning staff (at 5pm arrival day) had garbage piled 3ft high next to our door! Flies and bugs all over it!!
