the first time i stayed i had a great experience. this time around not so much…. The front desk team is horrible. i asked for towel one day and the next day the front desk clerk came in my room and stated she was just checking, what she was checking i will never know. this hotel has gone down bad within the last year. they need a whole new staff.

I liked the size of the pool, but it was not heated as the amenities said it would be. That was the only positive thing about this stay, was the size and potential of the pool area.

It was not clean anywhere. Our room appeared to have only the bedding changed and no other cleaning was done. No toilet paper. No pool towels. Not enough room towels. Only one bed had a blanket. The hallways had cigarette butts on the floors. They didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed in weeks. People were smoking in their rooms.

The pool was freezing. No hot tub. Room was disgusting and dirty. Housekeeper entered our room without permission while my child was using the restroom. The clerk added a $30 deposit to my bill on top of what I paid online and it hasn't been refunded... We also caught her listening in outside of our room... Incredibly creepy! The hall was littered with dirty laundry when we arrived at 6pm... No soap or anything. A random nail by the toilet paper... And the tub, which we didn't use still had dirt in it from the last guests!

There wasnt a receptionist or any employee in the building when we arrived around 11:30 pm. We were there for almost two hours calling their corporate office and then finally Hotels.com. They resolved our issue and had us a room and a refund quickly.

Jacuzzi was closed no ice machine no breakfast, My family was disappointed. It doesn't look like the images online.

Room was spacious and clean

Air Conditioner was not adjustable making the room cold, no blanket or bedspread on the bed, Took 5 tries to get a key to work to the room

The hotel is under renovation, which it desperately needs. After check-in, I went to my room, which was absolutely filthy. The carpet had not been vacuumed. They were peanut shells on the floor, there were pubic hairs in the bedsheets, and worst of all there were a few bugs crawling up, the Curtain probably bedbugs. I didn’t stick around to find out please verify that I was not charged for this room.

Black mold everywhere

We went to the park inn by radison and checked in. Got to the room and it was wrong and it had crickets. So we went back to the desk and they changed the room for us. We walked into our new room. All the lights are on and the TV was playing a movie and there were bugs all over the ground. So we went back to the front desk, asked for our money and checked out. In the meantime, I called the Holiday Inn and they had one room available.

We arrived early before check in and was told the rooms are not ready. Okay fine, I could tell they were busy by the 3 cars in the parking lot. After checking in and going to our room, there were piles of dirty linen on the hallway floor outside of the rooms. Upon entering our room there was a heavy smell of marijuana. The rooms are non smoking. We noticed there were no washcloths. I asked housekeeping once and the front desk twice over two days and did not receive any after being told I would personally make sure I got them. Friday night, extremely loud music coming from the bar area. Not a person in the place. It played until after midnight it could be heard in our room. Garbage cans overflowing, garbage in the parking lot with overgrown weeds. Breakfast consisted of small muffins, apples and oranges. Coffee maker in room, but no cups. Electric outlet not secured to wall. Bedsheet and hand towel stained. I am not one to comment, but do not recommend this hotel. Staff not helpful.
