1. Nobody was at the front desk--we waited half an hour until someone shows up saying she was checking the other room, but I think she was sleeping in a room because she was wearing her bedroom shoes. 2. The room key card did not work--and there was nobody at the front desk, so good luck with that. 3. At around 11:30 PM, a stranger (man) opened my door using a universal key card, saying that he is the maintenance guy and sorry that the room in the system is empty. I was half naked when he came in because I was going to hit the shower. I am a man so it wasn’t a big deal for me, but if you are a woman at that hour, good luck with that. 4. The internet was so bad. My laptop received mediocre, but my phone couldn’t get any signal (photo). 5. My curtain was as good as a tattered rag (photo). 6. The “included breakfast” was a total joke—the only thing there was coffee (photo). DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!!

Stood in lobby 45 min before a worker"accidentally" came out front, registered online, didnt get the room asked for, the replacement room didnt have all towels and toiletries, no remote for the tv, no phone service in the room, when I attempted to track down someone who could assist me, I found a female employee smoking pot in the ballroom with a non employee, neither could or would help. I search for approximately 30 minutes couldn't find anyone made my mind up I was leaving and never to return and I will never refer this place for reference this was really really bad experience mine at all any motel I've ever been to

actually had to get cash app to give me my 400 dollars back beware as soon as you step into your room the owner of the hotel will decline your money back because he will say you went into your room

The hot tub is closed. Every room we past walking to our room, door was open and rooms were still dirty. I booked like a suite type room and those are not avaible at all.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable I couldn't even sleep the 3 nights I was there. Any time you went to front desk no one was there. Couldn't go out the balcony door because it wouldn't latch and would leave the room open. My card to the room was deactivated 10 minutes prior to check out luckily someone stayed in the room so I could get the rest of my stuff.

did not have it ,made reservation ok line and was tolld no rooms were available !5 cars in the lot no explanation ! We have stayed here numerous times n the past and now never again !!!!!!

This used to be the best hotel in the whole county.

There was only one staff member there and he was trying to run the front desk by himself. The hallways were dirty. There was trash everywhere. The pool was green. The hot tub was boarded up. Didn't see any housekeepers. The saunas were gone. Even the public bathrooms were dirtier then a gas station. I don't know what the new owners are doing to place. Other than running it into the ground and turning a prior fantastic hotel into a roach motel.

Drug smokers in back lot of unit. Totally unclean key would not work.attendent was extremely rude would not give me a refund

Not much. Very bad experience, trying to get refund for unused 2 days.

Had to ask for a blanket- just had a sheet on the bed. Asked for coffee pot without a broken handle - never got it. Asked for servicing of room - never got it. Paid by credit card for the 7 day stay. Left after 5 days, have been trying to get a refund for the unused 2 days. Very rude and indifferent front desk person said they could do nothing, owner out of the country and could not give me a receipt for the 5 days. Person who was apparently the manager gave me a cell number. I have called every day . He answered once, said he was trying to get in contact with owner, has not returned calls since.
