Nothing besides the staff being friendly

No heat in the middle of winter, they advertise a pool but its been closed and green the last 2 times I've been there. Breakfast was some great value chocolate chip mini muffin, coffee, apples, and oranges. The jaccuzi was broken, got another room that had no heat. Place used to be absolutely beautiful.

Got to hotel,lobby was freezing, went to room,found pool area freezing, found space heater in room,outlets were brown from getting hot,sheets stained,took everything back to vehicle and went to front desk and asked for refind,told him why and said refund should be back in account in a couple days.

I was rather really disappointed over the building was filled with smoke and the smell of weed. The restrooms when walking into the door had nothing no toilet paper in all 4 stalls not papers towels or tissues. My room was not ready due till 845 due to short staff which would have been fine if the room was clean. I had body hair in the bath tub not head hair, pee on the toilet no towels, no blankets chewed up crackers on the floor. The balcony was nice until the room beside us filled it with smoke. The pool was ice cold and the breakfast if and when they put it out was a mini muffin and a piece of fruit. The trash piled up over flowing everywhere hallway outside lucky if it was in bags. I refused to let my children play on the carpet. Definitely just save your money and sleep in your car!!!!

It's was gross dirty nothing worked no toilet paper paper towels tissue etc .. no breakfast pool heater was broke and it smelled like weed everytime you left your room

It’s not good the carpet wet in side

Room was trashed, filthy. Entire hotel had trash and hadn’t been cleaned. Front desk said they only had one cleaning staff and only cleaned rooms every 3 days. The entire hotel was filled with smell of weed. Had to switch rooms twice. Had to evacuate due to fire, waited outside for 45 mins for fire dept to leave , was never told to come back in by hotel staff. Told I could get my money back but then when contacting booking they said they wouldn’t give money back. Didn’t even stay. Filed complaint with health department. I have pictures to back up claim.

Location of hotel

The pool, sauna, restaurant/bar and continental breakfast are no longer offered even though they say available online. The beds only had sheets on them no blankets. We requested new towels and lady at desk texted someone and said they would be delivered shortly. That was at 5pm on Saturday. When we checked out Sunday at 9:30am still no new towels. They are way overpriced for what you get and the online site needs to be updated stating the amenities they offer are no longer available. They are charging for things they no longer offer and should not even have a 1 star rating.

I cancelled my booking when I walked up to the door and read the sign that said the pool was closed.
