Price Whirlpool tub in rooom

No one available at front desk after midnight. Tried 3 times from 1am until 3am looking for toilet paper as there was no extra roll in room. Fire alarm beeped all night . Run down look. Halls taped off with caution tape. Couldn't provide a paper receipt. Didn't email receipt as promised .

Absolutely nothing..... About 15 years ago great now in 2026 I would never stay here again or recommend anyone stay here!!!

They had to offer us portable heaters when we first checked in because the heat hadn't been working. They have people who live in the hotel and doing illegal activities. The fact that there was vomit in the hallway for 2 days that we had to walk past. Someone threw up in their pool and they just left it. Claimed they had a New Year's Eve party and the mess was from that including drug paraphernalia and glass liquor bottles all over the pool area, broken glass, trash, and vomit everywhere was just left. Not to mention mold in both hotel room bathrooms, moldy/smelly fridge, what looked like blood or hopefully bbq sauce all over the phone in one room. The party supposedly ended at 4am New Year's Day and we checked in at 7pm that evening. All of this was still all over when we checked out the next day. I reserved 2 rooms for 7 nights and ended up canceling and leaving the next day to go to another hotel because of the conditions of their establishment. The gentleman that was working at the front desk was the manager and preceded to lie to me and say he wasn't and got angry, rude and disrespectful that we were filing a complaint.

No heat , no blankets , safety and absolutely filthy !!

Everything! It was dirty, the staff was rude, all around just horrible. I was there for about 10 min watching the staff argue with 3 couples over reservations they booked weeks ago. So that was the moment I decided to go to the hotel up the hill.

Absolutely nothing

There was no heat throughout the whole building and we froze all night, the pool was green and closed, there was no real breakfast as advertised. Broken Jaccuzi with no cold water, after getting burned, we moved rooms. It was a disaster and I would never stay there again.

Checking in the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful but the front desk was rude.

Bed bugs in one bed only! How do you do that? Room wasn't clean when we checked in. The next morning there was no breakfast at all, even though advertised. There was absolutely no one at the front desk in the morning to even ask questions of. There was a sign that said they would be back but after an hour wait, no one.

Didn't eat breakfast

Located at an important intersection, it should be a good investment. But the past 20 years have seen a steady decline from elegance to extreme poverty. It is not maintained.

The owners have allowed the establishment to be overrun by horrible occupants who show no respect for anyone or anything.
