Nothing I finally was able to sleep after going to two other hotels, but this one wasn’t no better than any other others just way more suitable that I can just get rest at night

Room had tile floor, some of which were broken and could cut your feet if you stopped on them. Room was dingy and had practically no outlets (had 2).

Great room upgrade and feel. The renovation was a nice touch, and the sink and mirrors were nice. I think the bed was a great size and decently comfortable.

The TV would have been nice to use, but the TV had no input, so I couldn't use any services or watch anything on the TV. There was a pervading odor of smoke, despite there being a no-smoking policy.

The condition of the floors at the elevator entrance and the condition of the elevator my room was not fully cleaned or prepared I had to call staff up to come and wipe down bathroom counters and change living on bed. At 1:30 at 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon the trash at the entryways had not been pulled the elevator was improperly wiped down with the wet towel versus using the proper stainless steel chemical to service the door for the clean the door inside of the elevator was filthy in the middle of the day. And at 3:00 in the afternoon doing my checking I had to get staff to come up and re-clean my room.
