Nothing. I was refused the two rooms that I booked even after providing my confirmation numbers and showing proof of reservations and payments. The front desk employee, Abigail, was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Booking.com has not helped at all. I had to leave the hotel at 9 pm and drive down the street to find somewhere else to stay. Booking.com has refused to refund me even though I was unable to use these rooms. Overall a terrible experience. Do not recommend this hotel or booking.com.

It was decent. Great value and location off the highway close to Downtown.

It can use a facelift, but it appeared that was in progress.

The breakfast offerings were very good. The lobby area was clean and had a welcoming fresh scent.

When we walked in the room it had a mild musty smell. The rug felt damp and looked dirty so you could not walk in the room without shoes. The bathroom floor in our room was dirty. The bathtub was very run down. When showering the drain didn't drain fast enough and we were ankle deep in water. The drapes were ripped and made the room look very very run down. We were on the road for 15 hours and just wanted to get to bed and the bed was comfortable and welcoming.

Wasn't happy about not having trash taken or fresh towels. Only clean every 3 days...ok I didn't expect the room cleaned, but the trash and fresh towels could have been taken care of.
