The staff was very pleasant.

The first room was dirty. The second room was dirty the maid service came the second day and the same dirt was still in place. I will not be returning to this hotel!

Friendly staff transitioning to a nicer place to stay. Pet policy good breakfast well provisioned

Our room had neither a refrigerator nor microwave, we were told that there were six rooms without but, only after getting all of our stuff in the room we were offered another room too late just seems they could have just put us in a finished room first off. It was a pain particularly because we were staying with thanksgiving leftovers lol

We have stayed here several times on our trips to and from Tahoe. It is dog friendly which is a big plus. The employees have always been friendly and courteous. Accomodations are clean and comfortable. No doubt we will stay again.

Although it was not an issue for us, there is a freight train track across the street. The only time I heard anything was when I was out with our dog.

The front desk staff was excellent, and the breakfast food tasted good.

The hotel smelled horrible, and there were pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. Half of the lights didn't work in the room. The blow dryer died after 30 seconds, and the ac unit didn't work.
