The positives were that it was very quiet and a terrific price for a great location. Also had a terrific showerhead and water pressure. But it definitely needed some extra TLC. Light was out over the bathtub, toilet seat was loose and slid around, light fixture missing over hallway light, and air conditioner was dirty and needed cleaned.

"A wet/sticky/room"

Rm#219 felt wet, humid, & sticky the 2 nights I booked the room! The bathroom door had swelled and expanded so much that it would not close unless you slammed it shut with your 2 hands and a lot of force! Then you had to pull it open again with 2 hands and a lot of pull! I would have asked for a different room, but by the time I discovered the situation, I had already unpacked & didn’t want to expend the energy and time to have it rectified! The room definitely could use a dehumidifier!!

Raining through ceiling over the cool/heat air unit. We had to put a towel down to take up the water. Shower head pressure too forceful. Overall housekeeping services were great!

The room was very clean and the sheets and towels smell wonderful. The staff were so great! I will recommend this hotel to others and I will stay here again the next time I am in Myrtle Beach. Thank you to the staff!

"DISGUSTING AND SKEEZY"

NOTHING, DISGUSTING!

Skeezy, disgusting and absolutely unsanitary. There was a footprint on my fitted sheet. Hair in the bathroom, the remote was sticky and syrupy, the bed skirt has a bleached out stain on it, the room smells of urine and the a/c pumps in humidity from outside making our floors and bedding damp! Absolutely unacceptable.
