"Sad overpriced, run down Hilton hotel."

Check-in staff, very friendly.

We needed to wash clothes, but was told both machines were out of order. We had to walk next door to the nicer Hilton to use their washer/dryer(we should have stayed at the Hilton garden, very nice). Horrible pillows and mattress, we heard doors slamming all night. The ice machine on our floor was also out of order. We didn’t even stay for the free breakfast. All in all, not good.

"Probably won’t take a chance at staying with Hampton again."

More comfortable beds Breakfast could have been kept up with demand.

"I would stay again"

I did like that the property was easy to access from the highway and the rooms were up to date and breakfast was good

The doors slam really loud when other guests are closing their doors , the pillows are really thin , I did find a roach in the bathroom and the eggs at breakfast were nasty.

"Exceptional"

Friendly staff, and maintenance was quick to respond to a lighting issue. Room was clean, already cool when we arrived, and spacious. Easy check-in, snacks available (even for your pets), and loved the handmade soap/beauty items offered for sale from a local small business shop. Made it feel more welcoming and community focused. Also, something for everyone at breakfast. Definitely better than having to pay for breakfast or grab fast food.

I had hoped the decaf would be hot (was nighttime so I didn't want caffeine), but at least it was mostly warm. The bed was a little disappointing - more firm that I usually get at a Hampton. I ended up on the sofa bed, which was a little odd, and it took a little work to get comfortable but at least I didn't wake up with a backache. Also, you need instructions for us older folks on how to get the TV to work. "Put the TV on channel 3 and go from there..."

"We will never stay there again."

Location close to highway because of traveling.

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. Was not able to sleep all night due to slamming doors and cars outside in parking lot blaring radios right next to room. Complained and was told they can’t prevent outside noise.
