The location was ok.

The fact i had to pay a $75 hold on my card. The breakfast was terrible. The lighting in the room was terrible also. The front desk clerk did not tell me the ice machine was broken and had to go a different floor. Cleaning staff came in room before checking out and did not knock.

Breakfast was good and staff (jessica?) Was very personable

It took me almost two hours to check in with booking.com it was in part due to my mistake, I booked the wrong date. But although I resolved it with booking the staff was still not able to book my room. The staff should be able to override the computer system
