The Honley hotel

Everything was perfect

The hotel stay was above what we was expecting we found the rooms fine for the one night we wanted it for yes there was no hot water on the sinks the showers were nice and hot and some locks on the toilet doors would go a miss was meet by a warm welcome by the staff of honley who went above and beyond to make are stay comfortable if you asked for anything they got you it we would stay here again many thanks just one last thing would be nice if someone replied to emails or answered the telephone

They was nothing not to like just get some hot water to sinks and some locks on toilet doors basic things really

Did not stay

Room was cancelled on the morning before arrival due to “damage”. Refund offered but has not been given and last message sent has been ignored. Contacted customer services and no response from them either.

The location

Having to move rooms, no towels had to ask for them. Blood stained pillow case on bed

Arrived lady was on her own sorting room was ready . No mention of separate toilet, and shower when booked . Dirty .. no cupboard or hanging space two beds smelly like sweaty awful . Cud ere people going toilet all night across landing so no sleep. Window didn’t shut so could ere people arguing.. towel was dirty stained glad I took my own . £36 yer , but dirty never again. Next time I will pay wat ever to Hav my own bathroom

Blinds was broke No toilet paper No lock on door Staff didnt answer the telephone Broken bed No tea, sugar or cups

We had a lovely week away here. Room was clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
