Was comfy bed nice friendly staff and manager on arrival carried bags up to our room for us as room wasn't quite ready room fairly cleaning could off done with bit more

Bathroom needs re doing and looking at not very clean seals around shower mouldy and old, and no towels left for us

Location was fantastic, 10 mins from tower, 5 mins from the seafront. Beds were very comfortable. Coral island was right round the corner and a car park across the road.

The bathroom could have better, it had mould and the shower door was hanging off. Room wasn't what I'd originally booked, I did book double bed with bunk beds but we still got a family room.
