Nice location, lovely staff, quiet

Could do with a deep clean. Room needs a bit of tlc with a screwdriver.

Didn’t even stay! Walked in the door and walked straight back out! Walked in through the door and first thing to notice was the place was pretty grubby and we got hit with a strong w**d smell which was not nice. There was no one in the ‘reception’ so called the number stated on the door and straight to voicemail so I tried twice but no answer so I rung the bell on the managers office that stated please press for assistance, the woman in the office was playing loud music so when I rung the bell she turned down the music slightly but didn’t actually come and open the door. I waited a moment or so before I rung the bell again and all she screamed at us through the door was ‘I heard you f**k off!’ I waited another moment or so before deciding I didn’t deserve to be shouted at through a door and for the woman to not even show her face! For somewhere trying to run a business it’s absolutely appalling that customers are being spoken to in that manner. Decided it was best to just leave and went and stayed elsewhere!

It's central it's totally value for money it was nice and warm we even got upgraded to a room with a bathroom without asking friendly and helpful staff who even went to the trouble of posting my glasses back to me be I'm a dope and forgot them this was my second time in this hotel and it won't be my last

Look it's not 5 star ⭐ but my got it's value for money thanks guys see you again soon

It is in a perfect location.

When we arrived there were no staff at the hotel we had to ring them to be told our room wasn't going to be ready for an hour or two ,so we went for a look around town and they rang us when it was ready and told us our key was in the hall way in a box ..we got to the hotel located the key and made our way to the room when we opened the door of our room the door frame fell off and landed on the bed the latch to lock the door was on the door frame so we could not lock or keep the door closed ... we rang the hotel to be told to get a refund through booking.com we had travelled all the way up from South wales . We had to book a different hotel as was told they didn't have another room for us ,so that was a big chunk taken out of our spending money ...we have been home a couple of days now and still no sign of our refund ......DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!!!!!

Very basic hotel and the main advantage is its location — just a 3-minute walk from Blackpool Tower, which is very convenient. Overall, stay is okay mainly for location, but don’t expect much beyond that.

Unfortunately, we were initially given a poorly prepared room with no toilet rolls, hand wash, or towels. Although the staff provided them when requested, missing such basic amenities didn’t leave a great first impression.

The owner couldnt do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. Nothing was to much. Location is second to none. Extremely comfortable and clean throughout. Will definitely stay again no questions
