Nothing at all if it was not raining we would have gone somewhere else toilets and shower realy dirty rubbish left in shower window in room would not shut mold every where

The lies and excuses The room was absaloutley filthy, mattress was disgusting Let’s just say the photo they have on here of the delux double was nothing like it Stay well clear I had to find another hotel to stay in

When we arrived we was told that we could no longer stay here as the guy who took the bookings had over booked but forgot to cancel on booking.com the day before we arrived it spoilt our night in Blackpool as we was freezing running round looking for a place to stay but with it being bank holiday it was very hard. We did end up finding another B&B but it wasn't the best it was freezing in rooms, tiny and had a horrible smell and we had to pay a extra £150 for this..
