"Bon hotel dans l'ensemble"

Très bel hôtel neuf et moderne. Literie quelconque : lit peu confortable et un peu petit. Quartier de la gare pas très engageant. Parking payant. C’est dommage.

"Not quite the usual Novotel standard."

Air con was not functional so room was too hot to sleep well, had to have the window open so was woken by the train station from about 5am onwards. Car park height limit is 1.9m but not stated. So had to park elsewhere. No bar/food available in evening even though it is stated that it is open on Accor's website.

Séjour décevant pour un hôtel Novotel. : - Hôtel très bien placé face, face à la gare. - accès à l'accueil de l'hôtel par l'ascenseur (ce n'est pas pratique du tout, il faut être patient surtout quand vous arrivez à l'heure de pointe) - accueil du personnel lors de mon check-in a revoir. C'était robotise et j'avais l'impression d' ennuyer le réceptionniste avec mes questions. heureusement que pour mon départ, le personnel était plus agréable. - chambre spacieuse et agréable - salle de sport decevante. Vélo HS, elliptique HS...

"L'enfer du parking du Novotel de saint Etienne"

Le parking est une horreur. Compliqué pour y entrer, quasi impossible d'en sortir. Que ce soit comme piéton ou comme automobiliste quand on a déjà retrouvé sa voiture au bout d'une demi-heure !!!! En revanche l'hôtel très bien
