"Hôtel bien situé face à la gare"

Hôtel bien situé et très propre. Personnel très accueillant. Nous regrettons juste le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de restauration classique et un bar comme dans les autres Novotel. Nous avons apprécié la superbe terrasse.

Hôtel agréable au premier abord. Points négatifs : salle de bain pas pratique (douche inondant le sol dans toute la salle de bain, manque des produits d hygiène). Personnel de restauration injoignable et l accueil ne veut pas prendre la commande, je me suis fait livré du coup. Points positifs : chambre spacieuse et confortable. Personnel souriant.

Accueil décevant Réception pas digne d’un Novotel Tout Novotel accepte avec plaisir de poster votre courrier, on m’a simplement dit que dans ce Novotel on ne rendait pas ce service

"Très bien, sauf pas de place de parking suffisante"

Impossible de trouver une place de parking dans l'hotel, il était plein, car trop peu de places disponibles...du coup, il faut aller au parking public distant...pas pratique, surtout pour un hotel neuf. Tout les reste au niveau de Novotel, RAS.
