"Staff incompetent, no room service. Clean hotel, good location"

Clean room, good location

Staff lost half of our reservation then just started helping other people. Couldn’t get my other family on the same floor after saying it would be no problem. Staff then tried to kick my other family out as we were walking out for a wedding-their reservation was for one more day. Then no room service.

Nice hotel good location

Room was not cleaned properly Could not sit on toilet due to feces on seat This is gross and front seat did offer to change my room but I was so tired after driving all day I declined
