That hotel should be shut down for so many reasons the manager that used to work there had the worse customer service I was glad to hear she no longer works there.The rooms are infested with roaches and they do nothing about it but the minute your late for paying they're pounding on your door like the police harassing you to pay.I was constantly killing roaches during my stay there from the bed to the refrigerator to the bath tub it was just disgusting.Although that was a issue I would say something good about to certain individuals amber and Victoria those 2 ladies are the perfect example of what customer service is to bad Victoria only works weekend nights but those 2 ladies right there THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO

They rlly need to improve the cleanliness! It’s ants all around in the room and never left. You can tell the facility is old and most of stuffs not working very well. Smell very bad when u walk thru the hallway.

Nice staff

The hotel was very great and was for long stays. The was a whole kitchen unlike other noob hotels. There was not much on TV. There was a lot of space and storage areas. Nothing for kids to do. The employees gave shampoo if we asked them. If you get network you have to tell them your first name and last name and some other stuff which is a bummer. There was a towel by the sink in the kitchen which just seconds later realized was used to clean the kitchen. The ceiling was made using a poisonous I don’t know which. There was a thing to press clothes. There was also a fire detector for safety. There was a workspace for the office people. There was literally only 3 food items and coffee. There was 2 bars and on muffin and coffee literally.

I did not like this location at all. It was disappointing. I've stayed at different locations and this one is the worst aive ever seen.

The room smelled like mildew. The ac was leaking and the room just didnt feel clean. I ended up leaving the location and requesting a refund.
