Rodeway Inn New Braunfels - San Antonio Area

Nothing at all.

The room was filthy and smelled bad. The toilet had cloudy water in it and feces on the seat. We left immediately.

The couch was so filthy. The room didn’t have a control for the tv.

HORRIBLE. We travled 6 hours to walk into a none smoking room with our 3 children and highly reeked of cigharettes. I sprayed fabreeze, tried to deal with it, already irritated about the condition of the room after a long car ride, and decided to go to bed. Pulled back the covers and 20 or so roaches scattered. I freaked out, grabbed my kids and our things and we left. The office didnt seem to care. And said they would not refund us our money being that we had been there for 2 hours already and that was against their policy. We went and stayed down the street at best western. I will NEVER step foot in that parking lot.

Easy, economical stay

Website says free breakfast but all the served was coffee

Horrible. We ended up leaving a day early. There were roaches everywhere. On the floor, in the toilet. They scurried when the lights came on. Tune place was filthy. It was used more for residences than guests. They're was open air drug use. Our smoke alarm needed maintenance and they came and took time whole detector out of the room and did not bring it back. The cops banged loudly on the neighbor's door at 3AM, waking us up, and then end up taking him to jail. That same neighbor was a resident. We ended up leaving early because we did not feel like it was a safe environment.

I loved that check out was at 12 and the bathroom mirror which made getting ready with my makeup very easy.

I didn’t like the parking area, it was a bit unclean
