Rodeway Inn New Braunfels - San Antonio Area

highly disappointed . i got there and the man at the front desk ignored me for almost a whole minute straight while just standing there in front of his computer . i got a non smoking room and it stunk like smoke , there was crickets and a condom on the floor , i tried asking the lady for help on how to open there remotes to change the batteries cause it was different from any other hotel remote and she was useless . i had an ignorant neighbor who next to me the last 2 nights who were up for 3 hours both nights having s*x VERY loudly , it was so disturbing ! definitely don’t recommend this place .

I enjoyed the location and great customer service.

The weather

It was a week of work but the people at the roadway inn made me feel at home and were there to help with any problems I would recommend this hotel Over the others I have stayed that I’ve stayed in . I will be back next week or in two weeks and then another two weeks after that it was a great place to stay. Thank you very much for making me feel it on.

I just want me money back please I just opened the door turned on lights and walked back out . The smell was so disgusting and holes in the ceiling very grossed out
