I’m so disappointed in this hotel. I was unable to check in and keep the reservation due to going into labor on the same day of checking in. I spent 10 days in the hospital after having a premature baby due to unforeseen complications. After being discharged. I called the hotel to explain and provided proof of my hospital stay. Which dated the exact date I had to check in and they refused to refund/ voucher. The hotel manager was very rude and hanged up on me mid conversation.

Nothing at all.

Everything. It was dusty the first room had shit in the tub. Switched to another room and it smelled really bad and was very dusty. There was a man sleep in the hallway who coughed all night long. If I had not been road traveling for hours and had somewhere else to go I would have. I was better off sleeping in my car.

Pool was nice and worm, other guest where nice. The room would need renovations, there as a big hole in the carpet. The elevator next to our room was out of service so we had to walk all the way to the other side of the hotel. It wasn't the cleanest or up to date hotel of the chain. There is definitly better for similar price in the area. On the upside, we got to try the mexican restaurant next door which was really good with amazing service!
