Days Inn by Wyndham Jacksonville Airport

The staff was amazing. They were so warming.

We had mold in our room and the condensation was really bad. It was as if there was just a flood and nothing dried off. What made matters was how staff handled it. The manager blamed us for the condensation. They lied and said there were no other rooms to switch us to and said every room was like this. They were very rude to me and argued with my boyfriend for at least 3 hours. We had to call the corporate office during that time because it was so bad. They finally gave us another room when my boyfriend stepped in. This was the worse experience I ever had.

Mold and mildew in our room and the manager was very insulting and rude.

When arriving got key to room,and upon entering the room Could not find the light switch,and once my sister found the light n turned it on there was the size of my pinky cockroaches crawling everywhere.We ran out that room n requested our money back,which was taking care of immediately.

The Bugs!

I didnt like the property taking .y security deposit of $100 and depositing it on their account , and not giving it back to me.

Didn't get no refund after staying there, i paid for 7 days but we checked out early Didn't get my money back for the last 3 days. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Room was very clean, comfortable, no complaints there. The only complaint I even would have was I couldn't get the TV working, but I didn't care because all I wanted to do was go to bed, and when I told the desk clerk about it, he told me they would've fixed it if I had told them about it, but I really wanted to go to bed anyway. So I know he would've fixed it. The breakfast was okay, I had cereal, a waffle, OJ and coffee, that was good enough for me. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

After i spoke with the front desk i made my reservation and PAID FOR IT. AFTER THAT I RECEIVED AN EMAIL NOTIFYING ME IF A 100$ DEPOSIT. I WAS STANDING IN THE OFFICE AND I DISCUSSED THE CHECK IN WITH THE OFFICE PERSONNEL. HE THEN TOLD ME EVEN THOUGH HE SET TO GO ONLINE AND BOOK THE RESERVATION THAT I COULD NOT CHECK-IN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MORNING. UH, SORRY AFTERNOON AT 3 AND I SAID, OKAY, HOW MUCH WOULD IT BE TO CHECK-IN NOW? HE FIRST TELLS ME $30, SO I SAID OKAY, I'LL PAY THAT SO I CAN CHECK-IN NOW. WE GO TO FILL ANOTHER PAPERWORK. AND YEAH, HIS BOSS WALKS BY, HE SAYS SOMETHING TO HIM, AND THEN HE SAYS TO ME, OH, I'M SORRY, MA'AM, I CAN'T OFFER YOU THAT DISCOUNT. YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY THE FULL 85 TO CHECK-IN. NOW. I SAID, OKAY, THAT'S FINE. I'LL DO THAT. I HAD ALREADY PAID 85 ONLINE. I HAD ANOTHER 85 TO PAY RIGHT THEN. AND THEN I SEE THE EMAIL WHERE I ALSO HAVE TO PAY A $100 DEPOSIT. SO I SAID, YOU KNOW WHAT I DO NOT NEED TO STAY HERE BECAUSE I CANNOT AFFORD IT AND I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY STAY AND I LEFT. THE NEXT DAY I SAW THAT MY RESERVATION WAS STILL ACTIVE. I GOT ON THE HOTELS APP AND HIT CANCEL MY RESERVATION. AND YET, SOMEHOW IT'S STILL SHOW THAT I WAS THERE. CHECKED IN AT THE HOTEL. I WAS THERE WITH A FRIEND AT THAT HOTEL. THE ROOM WAS TOO SMALL FOR THE BOTH OF US. NOT TO MENTION THE ROACHES, AND JUST THE OVERALL ATMOSPHERE OF IT BEING COMPLETELY RUN DOWN. I WAS WILLING TO OVERLOOK THAT NOT TO MENTION IN THE MORNING. WHENEVER u go EAT your alowed 1 sausage

The room needed work done on walls it smell moldy and the bathroom needed repairs too the alarm system beep all night. I mentioned to the front desk , he just said he will fix it.

The property was clean, but the beds need an upgrade and the pillows were too thick. Nice breakfast
