"Great stay and awesome staff!!!"

The front desk clerk was extremely nice and super concerned that the hotel accommodations were up to our expectations. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our room, happy with the cleanliness of the grounds and expressed MULTIPLE TIMES that if there was ANYTHING we were unhappy with to PLEASE let him know so that it could be addressed ASAP... Great stay great staff great experience!!

"The worst hotel I ever stayed in ."

Not much

No TV … Dirty towels … hairdryer was a fire hazard … no smoke detectors … sheets had holes in them … it was the worst hotel I ever stayed in

Well I liked that the door locked and the water got warm fast

The room did not have a working heater and the outside temps ranged from 30°-55°, it was terribly cold. It was hard for me to be comfortable during my nights stay and I woke up several times during my sleep. The room was a non-smoking room but reeked of old smoke. The television service didn't work. Paint was peeling on the walls and doors.

"After hurricane"

Week long trip and this was the best out of the 5 hotels I stayed at. Just after a hurricane, so concessions should be made. Popcorn ceiling was flaking off. TV was busted and the remote was sticky. Stains on the lounge chair. No trash can in the room. The bed was SUPER comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The hotel was quite, as well. Hot breakfast was appreciated.
