Days Inn by Wyndham Jacksonville Airport

Dirty towels and overflowing trash can on walkway to our room. Shower ran both shower water and tub water at the same time. Breakfast was lousy. Eggs were very salty and sausage were too hard to even cut with a knife and impossible to bite.

It was conveniently available, close to the event I needed to attend.

The bed frame was badly broken and could not be slept on. I’d say or laid on, it would nearly flip. Just by pushing 1 hand down, it wood tilt, it should have easily been recognized just by changing bedding. I had to pair up with the person I was with on a site bed and woke up with terrible back pain. Tv remote did not appear connected to television. No way to do anything besides turn it on. Not a big deal but the bathroom door handle was damaged/loose.

Place was disgusting

First website says there is a shuttle to airport. Got here to check in and lady at desk says there is no shuttle. Then says yes we know the website say we have a shuttle. 2nd tv in room doesn’t work. Glad had my computer so can watch something. 3rd went to call front office and the phone doesn’t work. Walked to front office. Wont fix the tv or phone. So asked for a new room. They would not move me rooms. Asked for a refund so I can go to a different hotel and was told no can’t get a refund. Very unprofessional. Have no car to take me to the airport because the website says they have a shuttle. Won’t stay here again.

The Location

I found 3 roaches in my & a flying insect i had to kill, no hangers, a metal bed & it was uncomfortable, toilet seat was about 4&a half inches from the floor which my mom couldn't use, they only clean room twice a week Wednesday and Sundays, breakfast was served from 6am to 9am sharp, bagels & bread was hard & the sweet & low sugar packages was hard, I had to break it up to put in my coffee & when the food ran out that was it no breakfast for you & last but not least I booked for 2 adults & 1 kid they only gave me towels & wash cloths for 2 people & when I asked for another set they couldn't give it to me until the next day because house keeping had gone home for the day also the curtains at the window was raggedy & the floors were scratched up all over the hold room which looked a mess, I would like to have my money back because I Was NOT COMFORTABLE IN THAT ROOM, they had already billed my card even though when I registered I said I would pay when I got there
