This hotel is very tired. This is in contrast to most other Hilton-branded hotels. The walls and doorways are scratched, the carpet and wallpaper are old. The hotel is long overdue for a remodel. The breakfast is very sparse, with very few choices of cereal, fruit, and warm food. The choices vary from day to day. The bathroom fans don’t work, leaving foul odors in the bathrooms. The public bathroom is old and all the features don’t work, such as the paper towel dispenser. The front desk is often vacant, with no employee to be found.

We could not watch the television because it has a blue screen. This is the third time this has happened and the only reply is we’ll notify maintenance.
