Hampton Inn by Hilton Milford

Arrived at 10:00 AM they would not let us check in until 3:00 PM. They only clean the rooms every three days.

The hotel was right off the highway, the room was ready for check in and the staff was polite .

The variety for the breakfast was very good

Location was convenient

Room was not cleaned properly. There was a container of old coffee creamer in our fridge from the previous guest! There was mold and water stains all over the ceiling in our bathroom. And there was a big curly black hair on the bathroom door, clearly not our hair.

The room I eventually got was good. The first room they put us in was right off of the lobby and reeked of mildew and something else not good. We requested a new room, they worked to get a new room and they worked to get us a good room that we were satisfied with.

The initial room was terrible #128. It looked and smelled terrible.
