Four Points by Sheraton Appleton

Room was dirty. The floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Air conditioner was so noisy and barely cooled. Three different desk clerks were very rude. We were glad to have just spent one night there. One nice thing about it was the location. Very close to restaurants and not far from the airport.

It was okay. The front desk was friendly. The shower in my room wasn’t working and when I called it seemed like it was supposed to be fixed already but wasn’t. They offered to switch rooms but I was leaving for an early flight and didn’t feel like bothering with it. Room was clean and check in was easy.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Outside is overgrown and back was never secure the whole time I was here. Fitness room had a treadmill but from the looks of it has been broke for a while. One of the staff was friendly and helpful the other 2 were there. The room is falling apart. The shower on the other hand was great. H hi pressure and hot.

Room was ok, nothing exceptional. To use the internet you have to either be a Bonvoy member or create a Bonvoy account. TV did not work. Disappointed that the clerk did not even ask how the stay was during checkout. Found multiple charges directly from the hotel to my credit card for my stay. After multiple phone call attempts I found someone who attempted to straighten it out. Currently I am waiting to see if that gets resolved.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but i definitely liked that the pool was warm and they made me feel relaxed and the staff were very helpful.

This hotel advertised a restaurant but there is no restaurant. Nice bar with JoJo as bartender. The “pantry” wasn’t stocked so no food available. They should offer transport to the airport. Used the gym and it was adequate for workout.

Updated room, very clean room with nice Smart TV.

Here in Appleton for a VB tournament. Chose this hotel as it appeared newer comparison to others around and closer to the mall since I needed to entertain young vb players. Enterance and food/drink area was very clean, very modern. Rooms are (king bed w sleeper sofa) spacious. Sheets clean. I needed extra pillows due to my shoulder problem. There is only one type pillow is entire hotel (asked for firm) and night front desk staff member was only able to find two extra pillows and said these were the last 2 pillows. Then we realized room’s bolt key was not working and it didn’t lock. In the morning, as we were leaving bright and early- I asked front desk to address the bolt issue and that we were running out of handsoap and that we needed extra towels for the 3rd adult. 7 hours later back in the room- none were addressed. Called the front desk again- they can’t do repairs over the weekend? And that hotel lhas no hand soap left but she offered to leave bodywash bottles for us to use? Where did we come? What was happening? Please think twice before booking here. There are MANY alternatives around. I am not sure if these issues are indeed due to hotel lacking supplies or staff members not interested to address customer issues.
