It was so dirty Incredibly shabby The room was not clean, the faucet on the sink was broken, it looked like the room had not been cleaned for a long time. The towels we received were stained. I was very upset and not impressed.

Great location and spacious room. The staff was nice and the theming was great. The rooms themselves are roomy but they do need refurbishment. In fact, the whole property needs refurbishment but it’s still a great property. It’s close to shops and restaurants including Porto’s. It’s down the street from knott’s berry farm. You can walk to it. It’s also right next door to medieval times. Overall it’s a solid choice for a family trip.

Hotel could not find my reservation for my 2 rooms, Paid in advance, Over BOOKED (staff admitted to this), no A/C in room. this is the second trip we stayed at this property with issues. told the front desk this 6 times. only on the very last day with 10 hours left, did they offer to change our room of course , after they clean the other one.

The rooms were a good size.

The sheets weren't very clean, the sink in the bathroom was falling out, the tub leaked, the fridge was full of ice, the freezer didn't even keep our ice frozen ironically, there were spider webs on every light walking towards our room, the elevators were dirty.

Location

We lucked out but we were traveling with family and their room had bed bugs. Super outdated, room had a lot of unfinished patch jobs on the walls. Had to take the stairs the 1 elevator they had was slow, stairs had a very musky smell! The room dresser drawers remained up could not close. A/C was not working maintenance had to come in

Beautiful Building, beautiful landscaping. Nice room layout. Staff was trying but seemed short of help and overwhelmed with room problems and work.

Room had plumbing problems. Left room in a shabby state and failed to remedy the problem(s). Left waiting on lobby for a long time consequently had no time to relax or enjoy pool or hot tub. 😠
