"Perfect run down location to Knotts."

I loved that this property is within walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm Amusement Park. Lots of restaurant options near by as well.

The air conditioning didn’t work in our first room. Then we got a new room and the air wasn’t working right away in that room either. Luckily the maintenance person was able to get it working. I had friends staying at this property during my stay and their air conditioning quit working and needed the maintenance person look at it as well.

"DONT BE FOOLED!"

Location was good for Knotts Berry Farm, Restaurants in walking distance

The $200 price I paid for the room, NOT WORTH IT!ROOM DIRTY COLD, OLD, BROKEN LAMPS, SLIDING PATIO DOORS OPEN, COMPLETELY RUN DOWN... Was moved to a different room. Front desk said he checked it before he gave it to us. Thermostat still didn't work. the phone wasn't even plugged in to call front desk. No workers to bring towels/blankets. No front desk worker for hours throughout the night. Being a part of Marriott Bonvoy and I have been a member since 2021, this IS NOT MARRIOTT STANDARD...DO NOT BE FOOLED!! I Want a refund 😕 😫..I had just finished my infusion, so to be this cold is not good for me and my body is suffering 😫
