"Absolutely horrible hotel"

Nothing

The place was dirty. The elevators didn’t work. There was a barking dog in the room next to mine and they couldn’t get the owners to get rid of the dog. Even though they are a non pet friendly hotel. I asked for more towels and they refused to bring them to me. The place is very run down. I will never stay there again. Others better beware of this place.

"Very unhappy stay"

Only the walking distance to knottsberry

Not enough towels, coffee. Blankets, toll out brd springs popping out stabbing you in the back. Sheets torn. Sheets too bid or too small . Curtains stained and torn. Coffee maker did not work properly
